The U.K.’s Daily Mail has printed a story about how “Islamic extremists” have posted pictures of an “apocalyptic scene” on an Internet “terror forum.” Surely, this is cause for alarm. Al-Qaeda’s terrifying vision of a devastated America in the wake of a nuclear attack — Daily Mail

Unfortunately for the chicken littles, the “apocalyptic scene” is actually just a picture from the video game, Fallout 3.

So, why aren’t there any links in that story to the supposed “terror forum?” I’d sure love to see the place on the Internet where Al Qaeda openly discusses their plans. But who needs actual citations to distribute sensationalist Terrifying Tales From The Heathen Desert?
